​OUTREACH PROGRAM

​Wilma’s Transition Society Outreach Program is designed to help women in the community who are in need of extra support. Our services include advocating and offering support services to clients in the community with anything that they may need to improve their current situation.

​housing outreach program 

Wilma's now offers housing outreach services. these services are available to those to help find, achieve and maintain permant housing. we can offer services for housing needs such as aiding in finding immediate/emergency shelter, obtaining identification, transportation to housing related appointments, refferals, advocacy and more.

​CHILD AND YOUTH COUNSELOR

Wilma's Transition Society now offers outreach child and youth counseling for those most affected in our community and in need of our service. We offer this service completely free of cost and is available to any children and youth that are aged 8+ in the Chilliwack and surrounding area.

addictions outreach counselor

we have recently started our addictions outreach counseling program for those most vulnerable in our community. this program is available to anyone at no cost who may need assistance in addictions and substance abuse support.

​General counseling services

Wilma's offers no cost general counseling services to any men and women in the community in need. these services can include individual or couples counseling services.

of the Stó:lō (people of the river) people who spoke Halq'eméylem, also known as the upriver dialect.  Wilma’s pursues to incorporate traditional indigenous
practices in current and future programs.
